Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Email address — when you ask for a sample dashboard, request access to the live dashboard, or request support.
• Name and message — only if you choose to enter them in the contact form.
• Technical data — browser type, approximate location, and device information collected automatically to keep the service secure and to understand how the app is used.
• Cookies and similar technologies — small files stored on your device to remember your preferences and to measure basic usage. See the Cookies section below.

2. How we use your information

• To send you the sample dashboard or reply to your questions.
• To send access codes or replies if you request access to the live dashboard.
• To improve the app and fix problems.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models.

3. Legal basis for processing (for UK/EU visitors)

We process your personal data on the basis of consent (for optional, non-essential cookies) and contract or legitimate interest (for responding to your messages, providing access you have asked for, and keeping the service running and secure). We do not run marketing campaigns or send promotional alerts.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies that are required for the app to work, including a device cookie that remembers which devices your paid access is linked to. Essential cookies cannot be turned off without breaking the app.

We do not use advertising cookies. For visitor numbers we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first service that sets no cookies and does not identify or follow individual people. Alongside it we count a few anonymous actions on our own server — for example which price option was looked at or tapped, which part of the page was on screen when a visit ended, and how often the Share button is used. None of these counts are linked to you, your device or your account, and none are shared with anyone.

If you send feedback with the thumbs up or thumbs down button, only your choice, your optional comment and the page it came from are stored. It goes privately to Val and is never published on the site.

5. Who else sees your data

We use a small number of service providers to host the app, send emails, and process payments. These providers act as processors under our instructions and are not allowed to use your data for their own purposes. Current subprocessors include:

• Lovable (hosting and database)
• Supabase (database)
• Stripe (payment processing, only when you choose to pay)
• Lovable's managed email service (for sending emails)

6. International data transfers

Some of our service providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. When personal data of UK or EU visitors is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer — normally the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum), together with the providers' own technical and organisational protections. 7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can also unsubscribe from emails at any time by clicking the link in any email we send. To exercise any right, email us at the address shown on the contact form.

UK and EU visitors: if you are unhappy with how we have handled your request, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority — for example the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or the supervisory authority in your own country.

US visitors: where state privacy laws apply (for example California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. Use the contact form to make a request.

8. Data retention

• Email addresses and messages: kept until you ask us to delete them, or removed after a reasonable period of inactivity.
• Purchase and credit records: kept for as long as needed to support your access and to meet accounting and tax obligations (normally six years).
• Technical and security data (such as logs of requests and device records): normally kept for up to 12 months, then deleted or aggregated.
• Cookie-derived data: kept only for the lifetime of the relevant cookie, which is at most 12 months.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure. You do not need an account to try the screener; if you create a sign-in for paid access, or an account with a broker to buy shares, please use a strong, unique password there.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
